Recipe Index

This page will be a work in progress as I collect more recipes and try them out on my family. The pictures are all ones I've taken in my own kitchen, and I'll add links to the websites and blogs that I've found each recipe on as I go. Some I've received from amazing friends, in which case I may not post the recipe in case it's a family heirloom or something :)

Over the last year or so I have felt really convicted in the area of providing meals for my family on a regular basis. I wasn't used to cooking, didn't really enjoy it, and didn't ever prioritize it. I didn't have a collection of recipes and could never figure out what to make. We mostly ate take-out or pre-made meals that required little actual preparation.

God has really been changing my heart in this area to where I find that I now often want to cook dinner for my family. I want to plan our meals for the week and make sure we have all of the ingredients on hand. I am finding that eating dinner together regularly as a family is having an enormously positive impact on our family.

Trust me when I say this is an area that requires major work on my part... I am not a master chef and I do not have much cooking experience... so if I can do it, you can! I'm always looking for new kid-friendly and fairly simple recipes so please share if you have any great ones!
